Casa de las Flores de Paz

Located on the outskirts of Guatemala City, Residencia Flores de Paz seamlessly connects with its natural surroundings, surrounded by lush vegetation and a nearby stream.

The neutral color palette, dominated by whites and grays, is complemented by textured wallpapers and a green accent wall, while contemporary lighting adds freshness and sophistication to the space.

In the main living room and family room, two fireplaces were modernized using exposed concrete, while Teka wood was integrated into the furniture, bringing warmth and elegance to the design.

The project encompassed all social areas of the home, including the entrance hall, main living room, bedrooms, guest bathroom, home office, and dining area, achieving a fully integrated and functional design.
